Moby Wallet as the name suggest is a Digital Wallet portal which is actually a Cashback platform where a User can use the Coupons & Deals and Earn Extra Cashback on top of the Deals or Offer from Brand. There are already few good Cashback players in Indian market but Moby Wallet team has to beat them in terms of UI/UX and Functionality wise and we finally come up with a better version of Cashback with so many extra features in it.
Challenge
TechIndis developers worked hard to make MobyWallet a unique Cashback and Loyalty Reward website portal where a User can Track him Conversion and Order, can Track How much Cashback he Earned and its status Approved/Rejected and even can file a query regarding the same. We have to make it a user friendly where a user can track all their Lifetime activities with the Website and Avail the Earned Cashback amount via different modes.
Management of user data and accessibility on real-time was one of the major challenge apart from Tracking of Cashback.
